Training Program on Food Safety Auditing organized for trainees from Ethiopian Food, Medicine, Healthcare Administration and Control Authority (EFMHACA)

In less than a month’s time another training program was organized for trainees from EFMHACA, Ethiopia. It was the fifth training session in a sequence and gives credence to the emergence of our strong relationship with the Ethiopian body. The earlier program on ‘General Quality Management Systems’ was arranged from 3rd to 13th October, 2017. The program was attended by top management and heads of the Ethiopian organization. Click here for details on the program.

The recent program on Food Safety auditing covered the following topics in depth

- Introduction to Indian FSSAI Food Safety Manual
- Awareness on ISO: 22000

It was encouraging to note that the program on Food Safety Auditing was attended by young food inspectors who were keen to learn about the global practices as well as the current practices adopted by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). On the concluding day the participants expressed their satisfaction with the proceedings and were hopeful of implementing some of the practices in their home country.
